    The Proprietors would like to provide you with a warm & friendly welcome to their home in the beautiful Tyne Valley. The house is relaxing and guest accomodation has been newly appointed with full central heating and double glazing., plus all the general facilities one would require. Prospect House certainly lives up to its name with wonderful views, as well as being set on an acre & a half of garden. Guests are more than welcome to use the patio and BBQ, which is always a treat when we have those sunny days! We are environmentally aware and use good quality furnishings and linen, and provide a hospitality tray, radio, television and of course a locally sourced home cooked breakfast. We offer double accommodation with en-suite bathroom with/without an addition small bedroom if you have an extra guest in your party. Also a twin bedded room with private bathroom which is next door. Breakfast tends to be leisurely and our normal practice is to take your breakfast order the night before. If you require a swift service just let us know what time it is required. Within a 3 mile area we have many excellent attractions such as: Hadrian's Wall country, Dilston Castle, Corstopitum, Roman Museum, Aydon Castle, the delightful village of Corbridge, Hexham - voted best small town 2007.The area boasts no end of attractions such as Northumberland National Park, beautiful beaches, Newcastle and its vibrant quayside,several National Trust Properties,Roman remains, Alnwick Castle and gardens,and can you tell your castles from the bastles? There is something for everyone.

      corbridge|Road|0.9|All roads converge in Corbridge. Take the road southwards over the bridge over the River Tyne, go straight on at roundabout. Continue past the station over the railway and up the hill for approx. 400yards. Prospect House is the first on the right just past the junction. Drive past the house and turn right into Prospect Hill, then immediately into our drive. Please park by the front door. Arriving by train: Turn right onto the main road and proceed as above Arriving by bus:Ask for Fell Rd
