    Gomersal Lodge was formerly named High Royd and was built for Mary Taylor upon her return from New Zealand in 1860. Our skill and experience can help you plan your special day, a perfect wedding breakfast and evening reception. Our extensive 5 acres of secluded grounds provide a beautiful setting for truly memorable photography of your special day. We can cater for up to 30 guests for a sit-down Wedding Breakfast and up to 50 guests for your evening reception. We offer a variety of sit down and buffet style menus all freshly prepared by our head chef and his team. If you are planning a formal business seminar or an informal meeting Gomersal Lodge offers you a quiet and tranquil venue where our professional team are on hand to ensure your meeting runs smoothly. We have a selection of rooms, all have private shower, radio, remote control TV, tea and coffee making facilities. For those special occasions, we can arrange for wine and Champagne, Belgian chocolates, flowers, and celebration cakes to be available for your arrival.

At junction 26, take the A58 exit to M606. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A638/Bradford Rd heading to Dewsbury. Turn right at A643/Parkside Links. Turn right at Sykes St. Leeds|Road|10|Head out of Leeds on the A58, then continue on the A643. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the M621 ramp to Halifax. Merge onto M621. Take the exit toward M62. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Bradford/Hudd'sfield. At junction 26, take the A58 exit to M606. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A638/Bradford Rd. Turn right at A643/Parkside Links. Turn right at Sykes St.
