    Welcome to Clarence Court Hotel. Clarence Court Hotel is privately owned and run by professional hoteliers with the emphasis placed on a warm welcome, friendly service, comfortable beds with soft duvets and Egyptian cotton and a fantastic freshly cooked traditional English breakfast! Quietly situated on one of Cheltenham’s premier historical squares our friendly hotel has been created within an elegant Regency building, which was once owned and loved by the Duke of Wellington. Many of the original features have been maintained with high Georgian ceilings, ornate coving and big sash windows. Clarence Square is a leafy, quiet sanctuary just a few minutes walk from the centre of Cheltenham with it’s fine selection of shops, restaurants and places of interest. Pittville Park with its famous Pump Room is a short walk away, with Cheltenham Race course and the Centaur Conference Centre within easy walking or travelling distance. Cheltenham has a wealth of interesting shops to meet all your requirements and a visit to fashionable Montpellier which has an abundance of boutiques, antique shops and street cafes is a must for any discerning shopper. The town also has a fine Museum and Art Gallery as well as Holst's Birthplace Museum, which is just around the corner from the hotel. A cultural centre of international repute, Cheltenham provides a wide range of entertainment for visitors to enjoy, including excellent theatre, music, dance and comedy. Gustav Holst, the composer of The Planets Suite, was born here and a visit to the Holst Birthplace Museum is highly recommended. We have 21 individually decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. Take your choice from a Single, Twin (2 single beds), Double (many king sized), a large Family room with up to 4 beds or for that special occasion our 4 Poster room with double walk-in shower! From Midlands (Stratford A46)|Road|3|As You Approach Cheltenham You Will See The Race Course On Your Left. At The Roundabout Go Straight Over Following The Signs For The Town Centre. Cross 1st And 2nd Traffic Lights,Then Turn Right Into Clarence Road Where Sign Posted Clarence Square And Hotels. Turn Right Into Clarence Square. From the North|Road|5|Leave The M5 At Junction 10, Follow Tewkesbury Road (A4019) All The Way Into Cheltenham. You Will Pass Under A Railway Bridge And The Road Will Bear Left With The Red Post Office Building On Your Left. At The Brewery Centre Turn Left Into Monson Avenue Then Turn Right Into Clarence Road And The Left Into Clarence Square. From the South West|Road|5|Exit The M5 At Junction 11 & Follow The Signs To The Town Centre. Keep Following The Signs To The Town Centre Until The Road Bears Around To The Left & Then To The Right At The Promenade. You Will Pass The Bus Station On Your Left, Keep Following The One Way System Past Boots On Your Right, Stay In The Left Hand Lane & Do Not Bear Right Behind Boots,Go Straight On. Continue Straight Across The Lights Into North Place. At The End Of North Place Turn Left And Then 1st Right into Clarence Square
