    Welcome to The Lordleaze Hotel! Once an 18th century farmhouse, this is a comfortable country hotel offering the finest standards with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Ideal for those seeking peace and tranquillity, we are surrounded by natural pasture land yet only three minutes away from Chard town centre. Set in a secluded area on the Somerset, Dorset and Devon borders, we are perfectly situated for either a stop-over break on the journey to Devon and Cornwall or as a base for your holiday in the heart of the West Country. Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer and Sidmouth are all within about 30 minutes drive. Chard town prides itself on its ancient history, many beautiful buildings and its two famous rivers. Our Olde Worlde lounge bar, with its comfortable seating and real log fire, has a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Good quality local produce cooked well is the essence of our kitchen. Restaurant menu and bar meals are available 7 evenings a week with a very popular Sunday lunch. The breakfast is really good too! We are a home from home and have plenty of free parking for guests.
