    The house is set in a beautiful, mature two-acre garden which leads to fields where horses and sheep graze. We endeavour to provide a friendly, high-quality bed and breakfast, and our guests have the use of a tennis court (all year) and heated outdoor pool (summer). A mere five-minute walk is the Madingley Park & Ride which has buses every 10 minutes to Cambridge city centre. In 50 acres of grounds, Rectory Farm is just a mile from Cambridge centre. Just 20 minutes’ walk from King’s College, the hotel has a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Set in a grand period building, the elegant bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a TV and hairdryer, and all have scenic countryside views. Rectory Farm Bed and Breakfast features a heated outdoor swimming pool with a diving board. There is also a tennis court, croquet lawns and a spacious terrace with outdoor seating. Generous continental breakfasts are served daily in the grand dining room, including fresh fruit and pastries. Traditional cooked breakfasts can also be arranged, using fresh local produce.
