Brooklands GH is also situated on the main bus route which runs regularly into the city centre, railway station and Addenbrookes Teaching Hospital. Buses run infront of the Guesthouse into the heart of the city, every 5 minutes during peak periods. Brooklands Guest House is minutes from the ring road. If you enjoy walking, the historic city centre and main shopping area is a leisurely 20-minute walk. Within walking distance of Brooklands GH are numerous places to eat, as well as a friendly local pubs and many coffee shops, stores and other outlets. Also within a 5-minute walk is the new Cambridge Leisure Park, which has a 28-lane bowling alley with an arcade, various food outlets, an LA Fitness gym and a fantastic multi-screen cinema with bar. Only if arriving before 14:00, there will be someone to meet you in the hotel. Arrivals after this time need to use the 24-hour self-check-in facility (you MUST contact Brooklands Guest House before arrival if you want to use this).
