    We offer a modern, purpose built double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom for bed and breakfast in Cambridge. There is a supremely comfortable Super King size (6’ wide) bed (or 2 x 3' wide twin beds) to cosset you, together with a lovely view over the pleasant garden. The bathroom has a powerful built in shower cubicle, WC, and sink. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom with all the freeview channels. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, free of charge. Parking is always available outside our house - no yellow lines! We are perfectly located in a quiet and pleasant street close to the heart of the city centre - ideal for Cambridge b & b. You can comfortably walk to the river, and the main tourist/shopping area. You can hire a bike by the hour or day, for a very reasonable charge. Cambridge is the city of cyclists! Families are most welcome! We have a second bedroom, also overlooking the back garden, with a large double bed. These occupants can either share the en-suite shower room with yourselves, or use the main bathroom which has a bathtub with powerful shower over, bidet, wc, and sink. There will be no other guests, so you would only share the bathroom with ourselves. Breakfast can be taken outside in the summer, or in the bright and spacious dining area looking out on to the garden. The sun is always available on one or the other patio, or you can shade yourself under a vast umbrella! Longer stays without breakfast may be available by special arrangement. We welcome you to enjoy our garden; we have two decking patios – one with garden furniture leading on to the lawn with flower borders, and one at the top of the garden.

      Junction 14, M11|Road|5|Simplest directions are take junction 14 exit from M11. Go East along A14 towards Newmarket (don't go A14 North to Huntingdon, A1, etc.). Take the 2nd Exit, (sign A10), and take the 4th exit going South towards the centre of Cambridge down Milton Road, past the Science Park (don't go up the A10 to Ely!). Go almost all the way down Milton Road, over a few lights, until you reach a roundabout. GGo straight over the roundabout, and then take the first turning on the right - Hurst Park Avenue
