At roundabout, take 1st exit onto A229. Left at A21; 1st right onto A265. Keep heading in a south westerly direction. Head directly to the sea front, the hotel is 29 - 31 New Steine. Portsmouth|Road|49|Head west out of Portsmouth on the A27 for about 38 miles. Exit onto A270/Shoreham Bypass toward Southwick/Shoreham. Turn right at B2193/Trafalgar Rd. Turn left at A259/Wellington Rd. Turn left at Manchester St. Take the 1st right onto B2118/St James's St. Turn right at New Steine. Cosmopolitan Hotel is situated on the sea front. A23|Road|20|From the beginning of the A23, continue south into Brighton, following the A23 route until you arrive at St. James's Street - turn left into St James's St.; turn right at New Steine - continue for 151 ft.
