    Offers luxury bed & breakfast accommodation in an environment built with one purpose in mind – your comfort. Greeted as you arrive by the owners, you will be escorted to your room and given a tour of the accommodation and settle on what time in the morning you want to breakfast. You are then free to relax in the oak floored guest lounge or on the balcony and enjoy the views over acres of farmland before retiring to your own en-suite bedroom for a restful night's sleep wrapped in excellent quality duvet on a memory foam mattress. In the morning start the day with an invigorating shower warmed by the sun's rays (hot water supplied from solar panels) before sampling the delights of a home cooked Yorkshire breakfast. We are delighted to be able to offer Bed & Breakfast facilities to disabled guests. Built on the ground floor and with its own independent entrance we offer a twin or double bedroom with all the amenities expected to accommodate a disabled guest (please see our accessability statement). Breakfast, when appropriate, can be served in the bedroom.
