Inn Details
Diane and Roy extend a warm welcome to you from The Tennyson guest house Bridlington. We have recently been the awarded the accolade of highly commended by the AA inspection team. Centrally situated just a leisurely stroll from Leisure World, the town centre, harbour, The Spa and the north beach. The railway station and coach park are a short taxi ride away and bus station is just around the corner. We do not have a licence to sell beer wines and spirits. However there are a number of bars often with live entertainment within easy reach. We are ideally located for those who wish to enjoy the local walking, bird watching, fishing trips, golf clubs, and for touring the Wolds and ‘Heartbeat country'. Or use us as a base to explore further a field. The North York Moors, Leeds, York and Hull are all within an easy drive. Local golf clubs run a golf passport scheme offering 3 or 4 games of golf at a significant discount. Further details are available on request. Our seven en-suite rooms have all been carefully prepared with your comfort in mind, some of which can cater for families. Facilities include:- Colour TV with freeview, Tea/coffee facilities, table top fridge, Hair Dryer, Alarm Clock, Access to an iron and ironing board, On street Parking is available within the towns controlled parking zone. We cater for our four legged friends and please note that we are a strictly non smoking establishment. After a good nights sleep, whether you are with us for business or pleasure, start the day with a hearty home cooked breakfast, or if you prefer some cereal and toast, or perhaps a combination? We buy our bacon from a local farm with a butcher outlet. Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 9.30am. Earlier breakfasts by arrangement. If you are planning a day out we will be happy to put together a value for money packed lunch for you to enjoy along your travels.
