    Centrally located in Blackpool we are within walking distance to the Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower, Houndshill Shopping Centre, Central Pier and the town centre. Some people can be put off by the word hostel or Backpackers, please don't as we provide our guests a unique experience with a homely and relaxed atmosphere! We offer the same and more facilities than most B&B's and hotels. If you are looking for the perfect quality base to explore Blackpool and surrounding then look no further! ABOUT US Family run, we offer quality accommodation, spacious sun lounge and Basement Games Room and Dining Room. Our aim is to provide a homely environment to our guests offering free internet and WIFI. Our relaxed environment allows you to make the most of the facilities such as a self catering area in the Dining Room, free tea and coffee throughout the day, and the freedom to bring in your own food and drink. We provide a cooked breakfast to get you started throughout the day. We aim to offer an ideal base for our guests to meet new people and relax after a day or night exploring Blackpool and its surrounding area, and a comfortable sleep during the night. We no longer offer a Bar Service as Blackpool has so much to offer in Licensed Entertainment. The Basement area now offers a large games room with full sized pool table (£1 per go), quiz machines, table top games, freeview TV, music station . You are more than welcome to bring in your own drinks and takeaways and relax with family and friends. The Games Room is open until 10pm. The Sun Lounge offers a comfortable environment to relax and watch the world go by! We also have a wide selection of reading books and local information guides, up to date magazines, internet station, Skype facilities, Freeview TV, DVD player and music station. WiFi is free of charge and available in all rooms and public areas. We also have 3 cats which have access to the sun lounge and add to the homely environment.

      Central Coach Station|Coach|0.4|By coach-The main coach station is Central Coach Station and it is located about a 7 minute walk from The Fylde. When you arrive into the station face The Castle pub (across the road) and turn right. Cross the road and keep walking along Central Drive until you reach Yorkshire Bank. Turn left at Yorkshire Bank onto Palatine Road and walk up to the traffic lights. We are the located just before the traffic lights on the right hand side. Blackpool International|Air|3|By Air -Blackpool International Airport is located in Blackpool itself. It is approximately 3 miles from the hotel so take a taxi which will cost between £7.00 - £10.00. You can also get a local bus into Blackpool town centre. Blackpool North|Train|1|By train- Blackpool North Train station is the busiest station. It is located about 1 mile from the Fylde International. This will cost approximately £5.00in a taxi. M55 motorway|Road|3|By car- Traveling on the M55 turn off at junction 4, which is signposted A583 Blackpool North shore, turn right at the roundabout keep straight on for about 3 miles (you will pass the white windmill and McDonalds). After the fourth set of traffic lights you will see the CSL furniture store on your left side; go straight on along Park Road. Continue until you reach the traffic lights on Park Road and Palatine Road. The Fylde is on your left hand side.
