Welcome to Seabreeze. We are a 4 star family run guest house with five tastefully decorated ensuite bedrooms including double twin single family and disabled rooms. We provide facilities that you would only usually find in a much larger hotel including WiFi access fresh towels complimentary soaps and gels DVD players on request controllable central heating and much more. We also offer an extensive breakfast menu which will set you up for a day's sightseeing in England's most famous resort - Blackpool! We cater for couples and families and offer a home from home experience during you stay. We offer reduced rates for kids and have many items to ease your stay with us including high chairs cots baby bath prams toys and books. We also cater for disabled guests (level 1 mobility) and have a wheelchair which we loan to guests to make it a little easier for guests who may have trouble walking. We have rooms with sea-views and are around a 2 minute walk to the beach. We are located in the quieter area (North Shore area) of Blackpool but a short tram ride will take you to all of the attractions including; Blackpool Pleasure Beach The Tower The Sealife Centre and many more. We are approx 1 mile from Blackpool Town Centre and just over 1 mile from Blackpool North Train Station. If you are travelling by car we have free on-site parking.

M55 Junction 1|Road|15|The M55 JNT 1 ends at an Island turn left at this Island and follow signs for the Airport and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Go straight ahead at the first island and straight ahead at 4 sets of traffic lights. At the 5th set of traffic lights you should only be able to turn left or right as you will be at the promenade. Turn Right. This takes you along Blackpool Promenade approx 5 miles passing all the piers approx 1 mile past North Pier you will see Warley Road Turn Right and Gynn Ave is 1st Left;
