    Pulteney House is one of the finest guest houses in Bath, providing some of the very best accommodation in the city centre. The large, privately owned Victorian house is set in its own beautiful gardens, offering a uniquely tranquil environment in the very heart of Bath. It is ideally situated in a tree-lined avenue just a short walk from Bath city centre, giving easy and convenient access to the very best restaurants in Bath. All entertainments are close at hand, and the city centre is just a short, enjoyable stroll away, 5 – 10 minutes level walk. The Bath Thermae Spa, The Roman Baths and many more tourist attractions in Bath are very close. Pulteney House’s rooms are all centrally heated and tastefully decorated to a very high standard to ensure your stay with us is a pleasant one. All are en-suite except one. Free Wi-Fi is available in almost all rooms and there is a computer for guests' use in the sitting room for those who do have their own laptops. Our large secure car park is monitored by CCTV. The large, mature gardens are always kept in beautiful condition and guests are encouraged to utilise them to the full. Children can play in absolute safety.

      Bath Spa station|Train|1|Bath Spa station is only 10-15 minutes walk away, and 2 minutes by taxi. Coming out of the train station, go up Manvers Street towards a main set of traffic lights at which you turn right into North Parade. Walk down to the end of this road and at the next set of traffic lights turn left. Pulteney House is about 50 yards from the lights on the right hand side. Bristol|Road|18|Proceed to Bath along the A4. At the end of the dual carriageway take the right fork (go straight on) - stay on this main road, following the signs for the A36. At a major roundabout which has the river on your left and railway lines passing overhead, proceed under the railway lines and straight over. At the next main set of traffic lights, proceed straight ahead under the railway bridge and Pulteney House is on the right, about halfway along before the roundabout. Bristol Airport|Air|40|Follow the signs to Bath, along the A4. At the end of the dual carriageway take the right fork (go straight on). Stay on this main road following the signs for the A36. At a major roundabout which has the river on your left and railway lines passing overhead, proceed under the railway lines and straight over. At the next main set of traffic lights proceed straight ahead under the railway bridge and Pulteney House is on the right about halfway along before the roundabout.
