We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. We have four double rooms all have: Eygptian cotton linen with feather pillows ( hypo alergic alternative available upon request) Private bathrooms Flat screen TV's Dressing Gowns Complementry tea and coffee Iron and board available upon request Our Breakfasts are always freshly cooked and made from locally sourced produce and organic where possible .There is a £7.50 supplement for cooked breakfast WiFi throughout the house A comfortable Guest lounge with Sky TV and HiFi Our extensive gardens have two koi ponds and the patio is a perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine . There is no excuse not to stay in shape as we have a full Gym including free weights . In the summer there is the pool and hot tub to enjoy. Parking with 24hr cctv . For evening meals we are within walking distance of the Black Horse public House which serves delicious home made food also San Giovanis an excellent Italian restaurant is just around the corner .

Follow the road for approximately 3 miles turning right in Twycross on to the B4116 (Sheepy Road). Follow the road to Sheepy Magna. Sheepy Lodge is situated at the head of the village on the left-hand side.;
