    The Mill House Hotel is a recently refurbished 17th century country house with a private car park on a secluded lane just off the A24 in Ashington West Sussex. Owned and operated by the Ockelford family since 2010 the hotel offers home from home comforts with 6 double rooms available, all with modern en suite bath & shower rooms, digital TV, free wifi, plus in room tea & coffee facilities. All rates include a continental breakfast , we also offer cooked breakfast of your choice as optional extra, breakfasts are served in the conservatory from 7.30am - 9.30am each morning. Guests are welcome to relax in the Yokebourne dining room & lounge bar which serves food wednesday - sunday. The Yokebourne Dining Room: PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR RESTAURANT IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY EVENING, MONDAYS & TUESDAYS. Taking its name from the stream that used to feed the old mill pond, the restaurant is run by head chef Richard Ockelford. Richard and his team offer dishes that are all created using only fresh ingredients, locally sourced where possible. Our carefully planned menu’s coupled with a superb wine list create a dining experience to suit every taste and pocket.
