The Beard Morgan House is an 1830 Italianate style home with curved walls in each of the 4 major rooms downstairs. Since it remained in the same family for over 130 years its original beauty has been preserved. All the rooms are done in antiques and collectibles. Being a brick home the bedrooms are very quiet for a good night's rest and each morning we serve a full country breakfast to start their day. We are centrally located in the state which makes us a good base for day trips.

Our location is also convenient to many area attractions and events including the Turning Stone Casino, the Madison Bouckville Antique Show and the Utica Boilermaker Race. The neighboring towns of Utica, Rome, Oneida and New Hartford are all within easy driving distance.

Nestled amidst park-like grounds, this stately, brick Federal country manor was a wedding gift to Adam & Abigail (Weaver) Bowman. The Weaver Family was the first to settle the Mohawk Valley and was instrumental during the Battle of Oriskany which ultimately led to France joining the American Colonies fight leading to victory in the Revolutionary War.

Our village has so much to offer, with gift and antique shops, eateries, movie theaters, and sight-seeing in the country-side. We are located just one block from downtown Norwich. Historic homes adorn our many streets, so please come and take a nice walk about town. We know you will love it here. We have been in the business for 13 years and have enjoyed many guests from many countries. Our rooms are done in a French Country theme, with very comfortable furniture. We have provided a snack area for our guests. Children are always welcome. For our business clients a desk area is provided, so that you may relax while conducting business on your laptop. Fast internet access is provided. Also as a service to our customers we have available a fax machine, copier, scanner and printer. Our home has three bedrooms on the second floor with private baths. On the third floor we have two rooms, one with a king size bed and two twin beds. The bath is located just outside the door. Great for our visiting families. Also available is a room with a double bed and love-seat that will accommodate one person. Bath is shared at times.

Harry Hathaway, a manufacturer of wool hats and scarves built this stately 19 room Queen Anne Victorian home in the village of Oriskany Falls in 1882. The house remained in the Hathaway family until the late 1920's. This home had been used for meny years as rental property. since 2001 it's been used as a Bed & Breakfast it's only minutes away form Colegate University, Hamilton Collge and (SUNY)Morrisville State Collge.

This 1835 Federal-style residence has been transformed by the architect/innkeeper into an elegant 5-room inn showcasing the work of regional artists. Plan your day over a leisurely breakfast of strawberry french toast. Step outside to enjoy the many specialty shops, restaurants and cafes that line the lovely Village Green. Relax in the evening with a cup of tea and your favorite selection from our "Book Exchange". Choose a Queen, King or Twin room overlooking the village fountain or the tree-lined grounds. All rooms have private baths and air conditioning. Business travelers appreciate the wireless internet service,(not to mention the smell of bread baking and a warm greeting at the end of a long day.) If you choose to leave the Green, short scenic drives bring you to Hamilton College, Colgate University, Adirondack Park and Turning Stone Casino.

Within walking distance of the quaint Village of Clinton and Hamilton College, the Hedges offers four guest suites luxuriously decorated. Our Federal Suite features period antiques and a marble bathroom with Jacuzzi. The Country Cottage has a large bedroom with canopy bed, tiled bath and powder room, a sun filled living room with cable t.v. and a fully equipped kitchen. The Hamilton Suite has two seperate bedrooms accomodating 4 people, private bath and a sitting area with cable t.v. Our latest addition is the Kirkland Suite featuring a beautiful sitting area with cable t.v. and a private tile bath. Wireless internet access is available. The Hedges is noted for its gourmet breakfast served on antique china and crystal. The hearty meal consists of fresh fruit and homebaked breads or muffins, homemade jams and piping hot breakfast casseroles. A spa style breakfast is also available.

This 1815 brick Colonial, on 22 acres on the north edge of Utica, is minutes from NYS Thruway Exit 31, allowing easy access to area attractions and colleges, including Hamilton College and Utica College. Snuggled in a woodsy residential area, the house shows its historic character with wide plank floors, hardwoods, and homey decor. All modern and immaculate conveniences, including two bedrooms with private baths, formal dining room, and ample off-street parking. Full gourmet breakfast of fancy fruit, home baked breads and muffins, and main dish, usually casserole. Fresh fruit provided in rooms. Children are welcome, and a crib is available on request.
