La Casita has 2 accommodations, both of them fully decorated and prepared to recieve every traveler couple, family or group. Our garden (patio verde) is a special decorated place as all the house, for you to enjoy the real mexican style house.

La Casita del Patio Verde is located a block and a half from Fransisco Sosa, which is the main street of Coyoacán neighborhood. We´ll pick you up from the airport the day the 3 Day or Weekly Plan begins at the hour we have stablished after the confirmation of the reservation. It is also included the delivery service to the airport the last day of any Plan.

- Smoking is allowed outside only (Not in the rooms or inside the house)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (Half of the Plan with the reservation and the second half at the check out -the last day of the plan.)
- Check in time is Monday´s and Check out time is Sunday´s
- Cancellations:
2 weeks prior to the arrival date (first day of the Plan). All cancellations made are carried with a 25% fee of the amount paid in the reservation.
