The Casita itself is beyond any fantasy you may have. The home and grounds are beautiful, private and quiet. Jose Luis gives you maps of surrounding museums, markets and restaurants, Plus, the Casa de la Cultura on Francisco Sosa is a great place to explore. It is just a couple blocks from the Casita. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. So, please don't go, I want to return! I really wanted to keep this a secret--one guest says she does. Oh well! Enjoy

We didn't know what to expect but Patio Verde exceeded anything we thought. We had such a SPLENDID time. Jose Luis knew what to recommend, where to eat in the neighborhood & what to see. The breakfasts were fabulous. Each day represented a different area of Mexico. A note : Special suggestion to use La Cabania if there are several people. Little more money but more room to spread out. The gardens are peaceful & relaxing. The main Plaza is easily within walking distance. Sunday is a wonderful market. Two blocks away is a major street with a Mega and WalMart. All this in busy Mexico City. Recommendation : Get directions because this cobblestoned street is not known by all the taxi drivers. Memorable.
