Meridian Manor at 16th and U is one of Washington's newest Bed and Breakfasts. Built in 1895, this stately Victorian row house offers 4 bedrooms with private baths, a 2 room suite and a furnished, private entranced apartment. Additional amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, color televisions with cable and a gourmet continental plus breakfast each morning. Guests will find easy access to the city's Metro, a short 3 blocks from the front door, as well as a major bus line, which stops directly in front of the home. We have limited off street parking and welcome children.

      Cancellation is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, with forfit of the $25 deposit. Any cancellations made less that 2 weeks prior to arrival can be refunded only for day able to be resold.

This guest room features a decorative fireplace and comfortable sitting area overlooking picturesque 16th street. The sofa in the room is also a sleeper allowing for extra guests. All guest rooms have a color television with cable and wireless Internet access.The Master Suite is located in the third floor and features a queen-sized bed. A large private bath with separate his and hers vanity/sinks, and large double sized walk in shower completes this suite.
