The second floor has a room with a queen-sized bed and private bath and a suite with a queen size bed, sitting room with sleeper sofa and private bath. The third floor has 2 additional guest rooms, each with a queen-sized bed. These two rooms share a hall bath. All rooms have premium bed and bath linens. Further amenities include wireless Internet, color televisions with cable, and a continental plus breakfast.

    We are located in 2 of Washington's best neighborhood's, Dupont Circle and the U. Street Corridor. The area offers an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, unique shopping, night clubs, and Jazz clubs within easy walking distance. Washington's Metro is just a 4 block walk (less than 10 minutes) with access to the Washington Convention Center and Smithsonian Museums. Guest rooms are located on the second and third floors. We do not have elevator access. The staircase offers several landings. The first floor of the house offers a common living room for guests to relax and the dining room where breakfast is served each morning.
