My husband and I stayed at Lytle Creek Inn for two nights in mid-May. We were on a roadtrip for three weeks, and this was by far the best sleep we had. The rooms in the guesthouse (we tried them both) are impeccably clean. They are set up as well-furbished apartments, so you can be completely self-sufficient if you like, cooking and eating your dinner outside on the terrace or inside. The top apartment has a stunning view of the surrounding countryside. The quiet at night is awesome. Our host mrs Carroll made us feel right at home, serving a thoughtful, home-cooked breakfast. She was flexible in her schedule. The B&B is conveniently close to Devil's Tower, and there is even a nicely grungy, well stocked beer bar/restaurant in the neighbouring village. We were sorry to go after only two nights, next time we will surely be staying longer.
