Aiming to this place I met a neighbor of the owner and she gave me the best recommendation I could hear. I heard that he is really helpful and friendly and he turned out to be exactly like this. I came to Copenhagen for a week for the course and even got great tips from him before the presentation I had to prepare, which helped me a lot! The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and one of the rooms is overlooking the lake. Getting to the center of Copenhagen is easy and takes about 15 minutes. I had a great time at this place, and I heartily recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this Bed & Breakfast in May 2013 with 4 persons using both rooms. The place is excellently located in the city of Kopenhagen, though it is in the city, the garden of the house is looking over a beautiful small lake. The rooms are excellent, large with lot of storage room, good beds, WiFi access and television (for the people that like that). There is a shared bathroom (for the two rooms of the B&B) which is clean and comfortable. The B&B does not offer breakfast, but offers you facilities to make coffee and tea and has a fridge (so that you can keep your own groceries cold). The Beck family is very friendly, they provided us with a warm welcome and were very helpful. It also helps that they speak very good english. I would definitely recommend this B&B to a couple or even for a family and would return there myself when I would be visiting Copenhagen again.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B in April 2013. We received a wam welcome. The room was comfortable and the decor was very nice. The B&B' own website says there are no breakfast facilities, so this was no surprise to us. There is a fridge across the hall with some drinks that were courtesy of the inn. Here you also find a watercooker and some tableware that are at the disposal of the guests.The room has TV and a large selection of channels (nice thing about Denmark is that English programs are in their original language with Danish subtitles). The owner is very friendly and sociable and speak good English. And the service is excellent. The owner went out of his way to find me the right lens liquid (which I forgot to bring), on a Sunday! So big kudos for this kind of service.

We just spent a week here and I can say it was quite nice place to stay. I would come back here for sure. I did not rate the meals because this is mainly a room to stay, there is a fridge and coffee but no real meals. The room got 4 out of 5 start because it is up stairs and not the queens quarters. It was very clean and comfortable just not large. The owner is great and the place has a good feel also. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
