We can't thank Tim enough for welcoming us to his place! From letting us play with his pet rabbits to making for us the tastiest Danish rice pudding dessert, he and his girlfriend made us feel truly at home. The room and bathroom were spacious, bright, and clean, and the house is but a simple twenty minute bike or bus ride from the city center thanks to the large, easy-to-follow road it stands on. Additionally, it also backs up to a lovely park, making escape from the hustle and bustle of the city a breeze. Thanks so much Tim!

Hello, I have recently stayed at Tim's B&B and as a conclusion I must corroborate the title of this review. The house is easy to find & to get to from Metro or Bus Station. The room is comfortable and clean. And Tim's hospitality and tips, add a great value to the stay. I would definitely return and recommend the place. Regards from Mexico.

We arrived very late, around midnight, but Tim picked us up at the station anyway, we were dazzled!!! Tim and his wife didn't mind giving us good advice about where to go and what to visit in Kopenhagen, and even brought us drinks to the room so we could sleep well!!! :-) Service was outstanding!!! Better than a hotel. Location and view from the room is beautiful with a lake just behind the house. We strongly recommend these place to all people to spend their vacation here, as a starting base to visit Kopenhagen. Bus around the corner, 10 minutes to the city! Thanks to Tim and his family for giving us a wonderful time there!!! Greetings R. & B. from Brugge - Belgium! PS : Thanks for the Carlsberg!!! I'm still enjoying it right now!

We, 2 adults, stayed at Tim's house for 2 nights. We are returning guests and came back because of Tim and Pia's hospitality, Againg this time, Tim proved very flexible to meet our requests. The house is located in a pleasant area with direct access to Utterslev Mose, a large park that offers long walks, lakes and a large number of wild geese. Though not in walking distance from the city center, getting there is quite easy. There is a bus stop nearby with frequent departures directly into the center. The two rooms are very nice and spacy with lots of light streaming in. They are sharing a large bath room right next to the rooms. The only minus is a big road passing right by the house. But the noise is well dampened by the the Windows. Only one room is facing towards the road. The low rating for Dining is due to the simple fact that dining is not included, which is quite common in Danish B&B's. However there are multiple shops within walking distance.

We are a family of 5 with 3 Young kids from France. We stayed there for two nights in april 2013 and wrote this to the housekeeper : "Hello Tim. Thank you for all, your accommodation was perfect for us and we were pleased by the way we were welcomed. For sure we will advise this place for friends wanting to visit Copenhagen" I can also say that it's not so far from the city center as you can use bus easily.

We are from Mexico. My wife and our 3 kids (10, 8, 6 years old) stayed for 5 very pleasent nights at this place. Being 5 people we took the two rooms. Tim, the owner, gave us a warm welcome. He helped us getting ourselves around and even making some phone calls to solve some tickets issues we had. Our kids felt very comfortable at "their home" in Copenhague. The place is very clean and comfortable. The lake next to the house is beautiful place to jog. No doubt in our next visit we will look to stay again here.

My wife and I (55 and 56 years and from the Netherlands) stayed here when we visited Copenhagen for 3 days (And Malmo 1 afternoon). It's easy to get to the city with the bus (250S) even very late in the evening/beginning of the night (2A, 5A) or with the night bus. They ride frequently and it's about a 15 minute ride. The innkeeper has relevant information in the closet in the hall (maps, bus, train and subway map, places to see etc.) and is himself very helpful in finding your way around and helping you feel right at home. The room's are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The (shared) bathroom for two rooms is also spacious, and clean and has a shower. Like the site says there is no breakfast (there is a fridge and facilities to make coffee and tea and he will stock bear or other drinks for you for a small fee) but there is a good brunch place nearby (Cafe Phoenix). It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk. All in all we can highly recommend this B+B. A cosy and a very friendly place to stay especially due to the open and relaxed attitude of the innkeeper.

Aiming to this place I met a neighbor of the owner and she gave me the best recommendation I could hear. I heard that he is really helpful and friendly and he turned out to be exactly like this. I came to Copenhagen for a week for the course and even got great tips from him before the presentation I had to prepare, which helped me a lot! The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and one of the rooms is overlooking the lake. Getting to the center of Copenhagen is easy and takes about 15 minutes. I had a great time at this place, and I heartily recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at this Bed & Breakfast in May 2013 with 4 persons using both rooms. The place is excellently located in the city of Kopenhagen, though it is in the city, the garden of the house is looking over a beautiful small lake. The rooms are excellent, large with lot of storage room, good beds, WiFi access and television (for the people that like that). There is a shared bathroom (for the two rooms of the B&B) which is clean and comfortable. The B&B does not offer breakfast, but offers you facilities to make coffee and tea and has a fridge (so that you can keep your own groceries cold). The Beck family is very friendly, they provided us with a warm welcome and were very helpful. It also helps that they speak very good english. I would definitely recommend this B&B to a couple or even for a family and would return there myself when I would be visiting Copenhagen again.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B in April 2013. We received a wam welcome. The room was comfortable and the decor was very nice. The B&B' own website says there are no breakfast facilities, so this was no surprise to us. There is a fridge across the hall with some drinks that were courtesy of the inn. Here you also find a watercooker and some tableware that are at the disposal of the guests. The room has TV and a large selection of channels (nice thing about Denmark is that English programs are in their original language with Danish subtitles). The owner is very friendly and sociable and speak good English. And the service is excellent. The owner went out of his way to find me the right lens liquid (which I forgot to bring), on a Sunday! So big kudos for this kind of service.

We just spent a week here and I can say it was quite nice place to stay. I would come back here for sure. I did not rate the meals because this is mainly a room to stay, there is a fridge and coffee but no real meals. The room got 4 out of 5 start because it is up stairs and not the queens quarters. It was very clean and comfortable just not large. The owner is great and the place has a good feel also. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
