The gracious front porch -- lined with rockers and flowers -- welcomes you. The Guest House's 14 airy white-washed rooms have large windows and simple furnishings. When in Rehoboth Beach:
Follow 1A (Rehoboth Avenue) to the boardwalk; make a U-turn and continue back to First Street. Turn right, go two blocks to Maryland Avenue. Turn left, and we are the fifth house on the left, 40 Maryland Avenue, on the south side of the street.
From Washington, D.C.:
Take Route 50 East, to Route 404 East, to Route 16 East, to Route 1 South. Take exit 1A (Rehoboth Beach) and follow the directions above.
From Philadelphia:
Take I-95 South to Route 1 South, follow "Shore Points" signs. Take exit 1A (Rehoboth Beach) and follow the directions above.

As we are a small guest house, we require a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your room. If you wish to cancel your reservation, seven days notice is required. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged for 2 nights (3 nights on holiday weekends) if the room is unable to be re-rented to another guest. In addition, there will be a $20 processing fee for all cancellations.
