Delaware Inn at Rehoboth Bed & Breakfast

If you are interested in something cozy & more like home, this bed & breakfast will meet all your expectations. My sister, mother & I stayed here in early April. None of us had ever been to. B&B before. Each of us loved our room, the other guests, the breakfasts & the entire staff. We enjoyed it so much that we booked the entire 2nd floor & intend to visit again in early August! The Inn is just off the avenue with shopping, eateries & plenty of people watching. We did not want to leave & look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Kathleen Parks

Going off-season is fun, as there are the Tanger Outlets nearby, fun quiet window-shopping if you like quiet walks, and a cozy and clean place to return to. For breakfast, we were served hot coffee, blueberry pancakes, a fruit salad side, and I noticed a newspaper on the table. We had a lot of privacy, but we felt very welcome by the inn keepers, as they were down-to-earth, friendly, and left us to our time in the dining room and living rooms. It was a fun experience for me and my husband, as a newly married couple, just getting away from the wedding and family bustle.

We had such a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. She even left out late night snacks for us!! Breakfast was divine, rooms were extremely tidy and aesthetically pleasing. Wonderful location! Definitely will be going back.

This place is the perfect choice for a beach stay in Rehoboth. The rooms are extremely comfortable and inviting, the bathrooms are modern and immaculately clean, the breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the innkeeper, Sharon, is one of the most gracious hosts I have ever met. It is only a block from the boardwalk and beach, but it is in a real neighborhood, not next to a bunch of businesses. I have not stayed at any other Rehoboth Beach bed and breakfasts, but if I get to return, I will not have to spend any time searching for one.

We had a wonderful time at the Delaware Inn and the hosts Sharon and Lois were outstanding!!! We had a lovely bottle of Pelligrino waiting for us in our room and a coke for my daughter! Our room was beautiful and elegant, the assistant "host" Evan the standard poodle was quiet, reserved and adorable! Lois and Sharon made incredible breakfasts with delicious choices and we noticed they made special breakfasts for visitors with special diets. The b&b was impeccably clean with sumptuous linens and an incredibly comfortable bed! It was only a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach and there were fantastic restaurants right around the corner and within easy walking distance! We loved it and plan on coming back in the fall sometime!!! JC and BC

We booked a weekend getaway at the Delaware Inn as a joint birthday gift and had a fantastic girls' weekend!

Recommend the Delawasre Inn highly. Great accomodations, great breakfast and friendly staff. Also, great location. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and very close to shops and restaurants.

My mother and I enjoyed a very relaxing stay at the Deleware Inn. Sharon is a wonderful host and the rest of her staff are just as charming and welcoming. The breakfasts were to die for and were very enjoyable as we ate them on the lovely front porch. We really appreciated the availability of bikes and beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The location is ideal for getting to the avenue for some shopping and great restuarants. We will definitely visit the Deleware Inn again.

Sharon & Lois are an excellent & welcoming team. Gracious & interesting & attentive. They offer extra amenities & valuable information. Chef Deborah prepared best breakfasts I've ever had at a B&B.

The Delaware Inn is an incredible vacation getaway for the pickiest traveler. Close to the beach, trendy yet warm decor, spin-n-span clean and the most hospitable service and welcome each day. Will come back in a heartbeat.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights and had a great time. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and the shopping and dining area in Rehoboth. Also, the availability of bikes, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. at the Inn was very convenient. Sharon and Lois are a great team and exceptionally hospitable. Deborah, the chef, prepared exquisite breakfasts and desserts each day. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rehoboth Beach.

This was the second time and it was as great as the first! exceptionally clean, welcoming and relaxing. Sharon & Lois were great. Always did everything to make your stay memorable. We will be Back!

This inn is very attractive, small with personalized, warm innkeepers. Rooms are moderately sized with large, comfortable beds. This inn makes for the perfect weekend getaway.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, We were pampered! Sharon, the Inn Keeper and her right-hand gal, Lois were attentive without being swarmy, conversational without being intruding, and absolutely wonderful. My husband and I will definitely return and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

We were very impressed with the service and comfort at the Delaware Inn. The house and rooms were very neat and clean, even the bathrooms, which were in great shape. Everything you need for the beach was available for free; nice beach towels, bikes, umbrellas. Breakfast was amazing each morning and the evening dessert was delicious. The boardwalk was two short blocks away and the outdoor shower was a nice touch. Everything about this B&B was very nice quality, there were nor corners cut. We will definitely stay again!

I was lucky enough to secure a last-minute reservation to the Delaware Inn for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend for our anniversary. We had a great time, and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations - from the newspaper waiting in front of our door in the morning, the filling delicious breakfast, the beach accessories available to borrow, to the lovely dessert treats in the evening! Even my bf who wasn't initially thrilled with the idea of a B&B thought the experience was great and would love to return. From the moment I got on the phone with Lois, I was greeted with warmth and treated with great service throughout. Our room was clean and comfortable, and exactly as pictured on their website. The house is located closely to the beach and the main streets, and there is parking available. I'm holding my bf to it that we'll return!
