    The Otis Place B&B offers visitors a choice of 2 guest rooms, each with a private bath. We are located in the newly revitalized Columbia Heights neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Trivoli Theatre. Both guest rooms offer a single Queen size bed, private bath, TV with cable/DVD player, complimentary wireless Internet access, and small refrigerator. We are a 10 to 12 minute walk to either the Columbia Heights or Georgia Avenue/Petworth Metro stations accessing the Green/Yellow lines.
