Offering simply elegant fully furnished 1 bedroom suites for up to 4 persons, w/sofa-bed in the living room, eat-in kitchenette w/all amenities; laundry; full bath/shower; deck overlooking rear garden; 42"TV, cable & wireless Internet, and central heat & air-conditioning.

    Now, we also have a 2 bedroom suite available with similar amenities as our 1 bedroom suites, but it can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has a beautifully tiled bathroom w/full shower. It has access to the rear patio and garden.

    Newly renovated and located in vibrant, popular and highly accessible neighborhood of historic Eastern Market,the very heart of Capitol Hill,100 yards to Metro subway station;10 min.stroll to Washington Navy Yard/Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium; less than 15 min.walk to Union Station,7 blocks to the U.S. Capitol & Congressional offices; 15 min.drive to National Airport(subway is 1/2 hour).

    While the Innkeeper will be available to assist you in any way, Eastern Market Suites is designed for your convenience, independence and freedom of movement without constraints regarding morning meals.

    Kirk Beatley is a native Washingtonian who bought this house from relatives in 2008 which he then meticulously restored and renovated. This lovely Victorian house has been in the family since 1905 when his great grandmother and her daughter purchased the house so that her daughter could raise their large family on Capitol Hill. Now a new generation of Washingtonians would like you to have the opportunity of experiencing living on Capitol Hill

    • Deposit Amount Required: A booking fee of one night's stay will be charged when you make your reservation. Your remaining balance for the stay will be charged to your credit card four week's prior to your stay.

    • Cancellations: Notification of cancellation is required four weeks prior to your scheduled day of arrival. Cancellation of your entire reservation or any part of your reservation after that date will result in a charge to your credit card for all the nights you cancel. If we are able to rebook your suite, we will issue a refund on your credit card for the nights we are able to rebook.
