Situated on a hill, overlooking the village of Ayia Anna, 17km from Larnaca. On entering the property with Pine & Olive trees, in a park setting of over two acres. The house owned by Roxanne & Jerry Prytulak is four years old, which boasts of being the only one in the village, with a sea view. Guests are welcome to use our swimming pool in season. The owners live on the property with their friendly and loving dog & cat.

From Larnaca Airport - Take the motorway, which only goes in one direction and take the Kalo Chorio turning, after about 5km. Once on slip road keep your right-hand lane ( otherwise you will end up in Limassol)and at roundabout take first exit signposted 'Kalo Chorio' passing the 24hour cafe/shop. Proceed through Kalo Chorio until you reach the village of Ayia Anna. Pass the village shop on your right, shortly afterwards a restaurant, turn immediately left then quickly right, following the road up the hill, keeping left after the fork in the road. Once you pass a sharp bend to the right, you will find our house on the left.
