    Our four guest rooms are elegantly decorated with fine antiques, comfortable reading chairs, and luxurious beds. The bed & breakfast has many quiet corners, unwind in the garden hammock with a good book, relax with a cup of tea by the fire in the living room, or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the porch. However you chose to spend your stay we’re sure you will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 3:00 p.m.    Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

    • Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum on weekends

    • Deposit Amount Required: To confirm a reservation of one night, a 100% deposit (including taxes) is required at the time of booking. To confirm a reservation of two or more nights a 50% deposit (including taxes) is required.

    • Cancellations: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the room due to our unique location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 21 days prior to your arrival date you may elect to receive a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit toward a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all the original room nights booked from your initial stay.
