    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 3:00 - 6:00 p.m    Check Out: 11:00 a.m.

    • Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum stay may be required on holiday weekends.

    • Deposit Amount Required: A 50% deposit for the total reservation is required within 10 days of making the reservation, guaranteed by credit card, cash or check. If not received, the reservation may be forfeited.

    • Cancellations: Reservations cancelled with a minimum of 14 day notice will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee. Reservations cancelled on day 13 or less prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the 50% deposit with no refund given. This policy is intended to guarantee the hold on your room(s), while providing a reasonable policy for both parties should unforeseen circumstances arise resulting in loss of potential bookings.
