Built in 1932 this Stone and shingle home in on very private property -surrounded nature, on 2 waterfront acres - about 1/2 way between NY and Boston.

We have a small attached apartment that has a kitchen/laundry/walk in shower bath This is the first season we have made this available.
Pullout queen for 2 adults. Full futon [best for a child.]
