Redemption Instructions

The BedandBreakfast.com Online Gift Card must be redeemed for a reservation right here on the BedandBreakfast.com website. You can make online reservations at more than 1,700 B&Bs and inns across the United States, and in over 20 countries worldwide.

If the back of your gift card looks like the card back below, follow these redemption instructions:


To redeem your card, follow these steps:

  • Click here, then enter your destination and travel dates in the Find an Inn box, and click Search.
  • In your search results, look for the properties with the  button. These properties can be booked directly on BedandBreakfast.com, using your gift card as payment.
  • Click the  button to see the available room options for each property.
  • When you find a room you like, select it and click Continue.
  • Complete the contact information, choose the BedandBreakfast.com Gift Card as a payment option, and click Continue.
  • Enter the corresponding numbers on the back of your gift card into the appropriate boxes and click Continue to redeem your card.


If your gift card(s) won’t fully cover the cost of your reservation, use your credit card to pay the balance.  If your gift card(s) exceed the cost, you can apply unused amounts to future reservations.

All property-specific policies – including deposit, minimum stay and cancellation policies – apply. This online reservations gift card was purchased at a Costco and can only be redeemed for bookings made on the www.BedandBreakfast.com website via the button; it cannot be used directly at properties for payment. For security reasons, the check-in date must be at least seven (7) days after the purchase date. BedandBreakfast.com is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards. The gift card holder is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, gratuities and assessments arising out of use of this gift card.

The BedandBreakfast.com Online Gift Cards from Costco ("Certificate") is sold by BedandBreakfast.com, Austin, Texas, in accordance with the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute the entire agreement and your possession or use of this Certificate constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

All Certificates are issued in U.S. dollars.

Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except where prohibited by law. Reproduction of BedandBreakfast.com Certificates/Cards not in accordance with our terms and conditions is strictly prohibited.

The BedandBreakfast.com Online Gift Cards from Costco can be redeemed by the holder of the Certificate (the "Holder") for up to the face value of the Certificate for "qualifying services" at "participating properties". To redeem this Certificate, Holder must book online on BedandBreakfast.com via the  button.

BedandBreakfast.com Online Gift Cards from Costco are valid only at properties participating in BedandBreakfast.com Online Reservations that are booked online on BedandBreakfast.com. NOT ALL B&Bs AND INNS LISTED ON BEDANDBREAKFAST.COM PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. Participating properties and qualifying services are subject to change.

CARDS PURCHASED AT COSTCO CANNOT BE USED DIRECTLY AT PROPERTIES FOR PAYMENT, AND CAN BE REDEEMED ONLY  FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS MADE ON THE WWW.BEDANDBREAKFAST.COM WEBSITE VIA THE  BUTTON. ALL PROPERTY SPECIFIC POLICIES, INCLUDING DEPOSIT, MINIMUM STAY AND CANCELLATION POLICIES APPLY. NOT VALID ON GROUP RESERVATIONS, CORPORATE RATES, OR WITH THIRD-PARTY COUPONS OR CERTIFICATES.

When checking in, you may be asked to present a photo ID and a valid credit card even if the entire balance of your reservation was paid for by the BedandBreakfast Online Gift Card from Costco.

For security reasons, BedandBreakfast.com Online Gift Cards require a check-in date of at least seven (7) days after the gift card purchase date.

BedandBreakfast.com is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards.

BedandBreakfast.com Online Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, The Getaway Gift Card, and The Bed and Breakfast Card are issued by CardFact, Ltd.

If a certificate/card is presented for qualifying services with a price of less than the face value of the certificate/card, the unused amount will remain on the certificate/card and can be used for future stays.

The certificate/card holder is responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, gratuities and assessments arising out of use of this Certificate.

BedandBreakfast.com warrants that this certificate/card can be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions above. B&B.com makes no other warranty or representation, and the implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. IN NO EVENT SHALL B&B.COM BE LIABLE FOR COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. IF B&B'S LIMITED WARRANTY OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER BE HELD UNENFORCEABLE OR INAPPLICABLE, HOLDER AGREES THAT B&B'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUM OF ONE U.S. DOLLAR. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability, the above limitation may not apply to you.
All issues and disputes regarding these Terms, or the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Texas without reference to conflicts principles, and shall be determined by binding arbitration under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), at the office of the AAA nearest B&B.com's principal place of business.
