La propiedad está ubicada a la orilla del lago Arenal en el lado noreste. Estamos en un puto intermedio entre los pueblos de Nuevo Arenal y Tilaran. Sentado en una colina, el hotel ofrece una impresionante vistas de todo el lago y el volcán. La distancia, en coche, para llegar al volcán es de unos 45 minutos

Manejando sobre la carretera panamericana desde Liberia en dirección Puntarenas, doblaran a mano izquierda en el pueblo de Canas siguiendo las indicaciones hacia la ciudad de Tilaran. Una vez llegados a Tilaran proceder en la carretera que rodea el lago en dirección Nuevo Arenal. A 8 Millas de la ciudad de Tilaran encontraran las indicaciones del Hotel. Buen viaje.
