Thousands of travelers have lodged in our Bed and Breakfast throughout the years for its excellent and convenient location. Start your trip in your home away from home before venturing to other destinations within Costa Rica. Visit our website homepage for packages and tours. We will pick you up at the airport and let you decide at what time you would like to start enjoying Costa Rica the very next morning. We are located just few minutes away from the airport, in the town of San Joaquín. It is in a quiet coffee town that will make you experience Costa Rican folklore and friendly neighbors. At the end of your journey we will take you back with the feeling that you left your family behind at your home away from home. That is, until you come back and visit us again!
**Please read: If you would like to take advantage of airport transportation, please email us with exact flight information. We recommend that you print a map of our location to give to your taxi driver because the country of Costa Rica does not utilize addresses and we are in an exclusive area. Also, please read our cancellation policy thoroughly. We can not refund reservation rates because of no-shows. Thank you.

We are located approximately 5 minutes from the airport in the town of San Joaquin. We can arrange for our staff to pick you up from the airport when you arrive and drop you off the morning of your departure. Our B&B and Welcome Center is a great location for those guests that plan on arriving late in Costa Rica and need a close location to rest before your adventures in Costa Rica begin the next day. We are also available for you to spend the night before your departure flight to insure that you won't miss your early morning flight. You can even pick-up and return your rental car directly at our B&B location.
**DIRECTIONS**
Please email us at info@welcometocr with your complete flight information if requesting airport pickup. We need your name, phone number, email address, airline, date, flight number. Our representative will wait for you outside of the airport at baggage claim with an 8.5x11 sheet of paper with the person's name on it that made the reservation.
Please give the following directions to the taxi driver if not utlizing our transportation services:
In Spanish - De la salida norte del aeropuerto, tome a la derecha (llendo hacia al este) y sobre la autopista, salgase en la enterseccion de rio segundo. Siga hacia el noreste, hacia al pueblo de San Joaquin de Flores (como 3 km). En el semaforo principal, tome hacia al norte 500 metros (izquierda) y busque la calle a la morgue judicial. Estamos 300 metros hacia al oeste (izquierda), a mano isquierda. Busque el rotulo "Welcome to CR". Nuestro telefono es 2265-6563. Because our main objective is to welcome you to Costa Rica, we can arrange for a late night meal or snacks for those guests that arrive at the airport after hours. We realize that many airlines do not offer meals on your flight. Please let us know of your intentions and we can arrange for a meal after your long plane ride. We can also arrange to prepack a meal for your early departure trip home. Please contact us directly for meal rates and reservations (info@welcometocr.com).
Policies - No minimum stay required
- Smoking is allowed outside only
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (35 lb limit, $10 pet fee per night.)
- Children are welcome
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (In order to make a reservation, your credit card will be charged $20 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be deducted against your final bill.)
- Check in time is 2:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00pm
- Cancellations:
Cancellations may be made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date with no penalty. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.
