Email us to inquire about our WEEKLY rates, GREEN SEASON rates and *procrastinator* bookings Deposit will NOT be refunded if notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date. 50% refund if less than 30 days; full refund if notice given at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If your room can be sold to another party for part or the whole period reserved, we will credit you accordingly.
