Located in a green forest, 5 minutes from the Playa Grande beach, the "Sol y Luna Lodge" offers a nice swimming pool with Jacuzzi and wet-bar and bungalows, all with hot water, private bathroom with Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, fan and terrace. Some have A/C too.

When you arrive in Playa Grande, turn right after the restaurant "El Huerto" (there's anyway a blue sign at the corner) and follow the road up for 500 yards. - Nearest major airport: San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO-Juan Santamaria Intl.)

The nearest airports are: San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica (185 miles); Tamarindo for national flights (15 miles), and Liberia for international ones (43 miles).
From San José, take the Panamerica Road up until Limonal, then turn left towards "Puente Amistad de Taiwan" (it's a modern bridge) and Tamarindo; when you get to Belen you turn left, and you carry on straight till Playa Grande.
From Liberia, you follow the signs for Santa Cruz; once arrived at Belen, you turn right and carry on straight up until Playa Grande.
There are always big signs to the "Parque Nacional Marino Las Baulas".
