We loved staying here. The people were so friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is beautiful! It is so peaceful and the monkeys come out and put on a show. It's location is convenient to the beach, shopping and Manuel Antonio Park! I would recommend staying here.

I will have to agree with many others that stated that when they first arrived they were disappointed by the outside. It absolutely was not an indication of what was to come. What a tropical oasis...absolutely breath taking! We stayed at five hotels during our two week vacation and this one was our favorite. I loved the room, view, and the bathroom was GORGEOUS. We even woke to monkeys on our roof one morning. We saw more monkeys at the hotel during breakfast than during our visit to Arenal National Park. WE LOVED and will stay there every time we are in Manuel Antonio.

My two kids and I stayed at The Falls the first week of June. From the minute we walked through the lobby to the tropical pool we loved it! Several mornings we were visited by white faced monkeys playing right outside our room. Our room was spacious with a big bathroom, beautiful shower and large closet. There was a TV in the room and you could borrow movies from the front desk, but we really didn't have time to watch TV. The patio was nice and there were a couple chairs to sit in and relax. The grounds were well kept, clean and beautiful. Gorge, Johanna and everyone in the front office were helpful in booking trips and suggesting restaurants. We loved the atmosphere and food at the café and truly enjoyed how wonderful and kind Luis was. We enjoyed seeing him smiling every morning! My daughter had a massage by Michael and said it was awesome. The Falls was conveniently located to the beach and many restaurants. If we are lucky enough to return to Manuel Antonio, we will definitely stay at The Falls!
San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO-Juan Santamaria Intl.) 80 miles
Getting to The Falls Resort at Manuel Antonio is now much faster with the recent opening of the new highway. From Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) or San Jose Airport take the Pan-American Highway toward Atenas. Follow signs to Jaco and then to Quepos along the newly constructed highway. Depending on how you drive, th trip from SJO to Jaco can take 45 min to 1 hour. The drive along the coast from Jaco to Quepos/Manuel Antonio is about 1 additional hour. Quepos and Manuel Antonio are right next to one another. Quepos is actually the small town at the bottom of the hill before ascending up into the Manuel Antonio resort area. As you cross a small bridge with the bay to your right and the town of Quepos to the left, head five or six blocks before turning LEFT AFTER the Hotel Kamuk, the Farmacia Quepoa and a small park. Follow this road up the hill for approximately 2.5 miles (4 km) and look for the Falls Resort sign on the left. If you see a large plane made into a restaurant (EL Avion) on the right you have just passed us. The total distance from the international airport is 80 miles (130 kilometers), and will take around 2 hours most of the time. *Note: If you are not in a hurry, stop by the bridge on the Tarcoles river (~40 minutes into the trip) and look over to see some of the countries largest crocodiles.

This typical dish which translates "marriage" has a double meaning. It is the meal women are trained to make for their spouses after marriage. It is also the marriage of the most common foods: fish or chicken generally grilled, black beans, plantains, small salad, and seasonal vegetables. You may also select from our tropical fusion menu which includes a variety of fresh fish options including tuna, mahi-mahi, and sea-bass. The Ceviche is a house favorite!
