This is a great value. Casa Britale is situated up on this hill in Escazu, yet within walking distance to key amenities. This place is right out of Architectural Digest. Heinz and Brenda are marvelous, generaous hosts who go out of their way to ensure comfort while guiding the CR neophyte through the maze of Central American culture. Highly recommend.

The experience we had at Casa Britale was wonderful. The accommodations are beautiful, and the hosts were more than welcoming. Breakfast was first class. Highly recommend!!

My husband was there by himself for the first week. Heinz was a most gracious host and took good care of him. I arrived for the second week and found the house perfect! The house, gardens, central location, and security made me feel right at home. Nearby are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and anything you could really need, within walking distance. Breakfast was wonderful each morning, including the freshest fruit, eggs directly from the free range chickens and freshly squeezed juice from the fruit trees, all on the property. Can't imagine getting a better value for your money.

Our stay at Casa Britale was wonderful. We had the pleasure to meet Heinz who was a very gracious and informative host. Casa Britale is a beautful, clean and very comfortable home. When my boyfriend went in for some extensive dental surgery Heinz was so very kind to offer his help in any way that was needed. I would strongly recommend Casa Britale to anyone staying in Escazu.

We stayed for a few nights as first timers in Costa Rica. The breakfast is outstanding. The villa is lovely decorated; the rooms are comfortable and clean. We felt secure, welcome and we highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa was gorgeous inside and out and in a very secure location. A delicious and filling breakfast was served every morning. The service and attention that we received was outstanding and I would not hesitate to stay in the future.

We had an awesome experience staying at Casa Britale in San Jose, Costa Rica. The host was very helpful and friendly. He showed us around not only Escazu, but also San Jose. He gave lots of helpful advice for traveling in Costa Rica. We would definitely stay here if we are in Costa Rica again.
