Siempre Joven or Forever Young B & B is located in the beautiful hills, neighboring Barrio De Jesus, Carretera Barroeta, in front of the Recibidor De Café Coopeatenas . We sit on the mountaintop in a Coffee Plantation with an astonishing and breathtaking view. This amazing view covers the Central Highlands as well as Central Pacific. On a clear day you could see Puntarenas (Sandy Point). Our B & B caters to a variety of visitors with a multiple array of interest. Guided tours of the Cafetal Plantation will allow visitors to get a firsthand look at the Coffee Beans, weeding, and hand picking that makes Costa Rica famous for their divine coffee. Other tours include Canopy, White Water Rafting, Sports Fishing, Surfing, Volcanoes and the Rainforest. Sightseeing tours will consist of cities such as San Jose, Alajuela, Atenas and many others. These cities offer the opportunity for visitors to explore bustling of small towns and their native "Ticos"! Costa Ricans are known as ¨Ticos¨ for their habitual use of the term as diminutive - for example ¨momentico¨ for just a moment. ¨Ticos¨ are kind hearted, respectful, hardworking people that are willing to always assist a tourist. If you just want to enjoy a peaceful stay, bird watching, hiking, or just lounging and reading a book by the pool we have the perfect location. Atenas is also only 30 min. to the San Jose International Airport, half an hour to the Pacific coast and one day trips can be organized to the Arenal Volcano Hotsprings, to Poas Volcano and La Paz Waterfalls. Shorter activities like “Las Minas” water sanctuary or “Los Chorros biological reserve, the Orchid Garden or the Zoo could also be done. All of them only within 25 min. from Downtown Atenas. Other tours that are a bit farther away include; Manuel Antonio, Jaco and several other places where you can participate in Zip Linning adventures, Deep Sea Fishing, White Water Rafting and much more.
