Hotel La Rosa de America is a unique Costa Rica Airport Hotel. More like a Boutique Bed and Breakfast Inn, we are situated on a gorgeous landscaped property, conveniently located near the San Jose International Airport.
We offer well priced accommodation in 12 spotlessly clean individual rooms arranged in six bungalows and a sparkling pool for the private use of our guests. The rooms are located around a large carefully designed and tended tropical garden.
Services include a served full tropical breakfast; free high-speed Internet and WI-FI, cable TV, spa services and lots of free tourist advice! We are ideally suited to guests arriving from a tiring flight and wanting time to adjust to the country. It is also perfect to spend 3-4 days unwinding and seeing the spectacular local countryside with or without a vehicle.

From the airport, join the CA-1 (Interamerican Highway) heading WEST towards San Ramon. Continue 11 km until the ATENAS exit. Exit to the right when you see the Alajuela 9 km sign (don't go over or under the Atenas overpass) and continue around to the right. Our Breakfast Fruit Plate which we individually serve is in the opinion of some guests, shaped like a bird, others think a monkey. Regardless, it always brings a smile from the children and the seven different tropical fruits it contains ensures that it remains a healthy part of the breakfast we serve.

- Deposit amount required (For individual booking no deposit is required. For group bookings five rooms or more, payment in full is required 2 weeks in advance.)

- Cancellations:
Full cancellation rights at any time as long as hotel is notified either by email or telephone PRIOR to guest arrival. Same day cancellation is permitted if the reason is travel related. If no attempt is made to cancel an existing booking and the room COULD have been rented, then a one day cancellation fee will be charged to the guest credit card.
