Located just minutes from the A30 in the centre of Camborne town, we are within an easy walking distance of Camborne’s bus and rail stations and Newquay Cornwall airport is less than an hour by car. Staff at the Tyack's Hotel in Camborne say they are thrilled after it was named the Best Tenanted/Leased Pub in the region. The 18th-century coaching inn, is part of St Austell Brewery's 176-strong pub estate, now goes through to the final of the Great British Pub Awards 2010. We aspire to be the very best that we can be in what we do, and we work hard at achieving it. Please note: Due to our location and nature of business, some rooms can be noisy as they are located over a busy bar. *** Friday Night - is live band night, local bands playing until 12.00am and can be noisy in some rooms *** Saturday Night - is Disco night at Tyacks with music playing until approximately 12.00am. please ask for a quiet room on booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

      A30|Road|1|Heading westwards on the A30 go past the Camborne/Pool A3047 junction and turn off at the Camborne west junction. Turn left and left again at the roundabout following signs for the Town Centre. Passing in front of Tyacks at the roundabout turn left onto Commercial Street. Take the first left before HSBC bank onto Fore Street and immediately left again onto Trevithick Road. Opposite Argos turn left and veer round to the right into our car park.

    Tyacks is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the area for a few days. We were there for a wedding and stayed for the weekend. The service was fantastic, the staff very friendly and the room was comfy and had everything we needed & more. The only negative point was the noise of the traffic as the room we had was directly above the main road, however, this is not the fault of the hotel, and they did have two windows that could be shut we helped keep it quieter. The food in the restaurant is really lovely and they cooked us a wonderful roast beef dinner on the Sunday of our stay. Camborne itself is nothing special but if you do have to stay there either for work, visiting family/friends or business then Tyacks is the place to stay.
