Inn Details
The Inn Keeper's PLace,C1732-1740's; Salt Box and Colonial Brick structure.Known as the innkeeper's place with servant quarters to the Hyde Tavern in the early part of the 1800's. The Inn is full of American History, from General Marquis de Lafayette sleeping here in 1824,to a Meeting House in the late 1790's, then a two room school in the early part of the 1900's are just a few stories this house has to tell.
We have a very large suite and two guest rooms,shared bath. A full country breakfast served with gourmet coffees, teas and cocoa. I cater to any special diet. Fresh fruit and snacks with beverage served every afternoon.
We have 200+ acres of wild life refuge in our back yard. Great for exploring, jogging and star gazing. I supply bottle water for hikers and runners.

I-84 East, exit 70- Stafford Springs. Left off exit(this will be 32 North)go 8 minutes, in center of town take a right onto 190 East. Go through 1 blinking light, up a hill, just past Stafford Vet you'll take a left onto Stafford Street. Go down 1 & 1/2 miles. You'll see a very large sign The Inn Keeper's Place.
I-95 to I 91 North to exit 47 East,Hazzard Ave.( this will be 190 East) Follow 190 east for 30 min. going through 3 small towns; Enfield, Hazardvill, Somers then Stafford. Go to center and go 1/2 around fountain up 190 east still, through 1 blinking light, pass the Stafford Vet on your right and take your first left onto Stafford Street. Go down 1 1/2 miles. We are on the right. look for the large sign. The Inn Keeper's Place.
I-84 West to exit 73, take a right onto 190 West, go 5.8 milesdown. Stafford Street or Staffrod Extention will be on your right. Go 1 1/2 miles down, we are on the right, look for the sign in front of the INN.

- Deposit amount required (50% deposit on a one night stay, During Brimfield Antique full amount required for deposit. A two day stay needs a one night deposit.)
