When you arrive at the Lower Farm you will step back to a simpler time when the large open hearth in the Keeping room was the center of everyday life. The inn is close to Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Jonathan Edwards Winery, Stonington Vinyard Stonington Village, New London, and Westerly, RI. Foxwoods and the Mohegan Sun casinos are a short drive away.

Directions for I-95: Exit 90(downtown Mystic)
Go north on Route 27 for 1.2 miles to the stop sign at the Old Mystic General Store.
Bear right onto Main St. continue for 0.6 miles.
Bear right onto North Stonington Road, continue for 0.7 miles(past Clyde's Cider Mill)
At the flashing red light go straight onto Route 201(crossing Route 184)
Follow Route 201(North Stonington Road) for 3.2 miles to The Inn at Lowerer Farm Bed and Breakfast - Nearest major airport: Providence, RI (PVD-T.F. Green State) 34 miles

Exit the airport: Following the signs for 95 South(towards New York). Take the first exit in Connecticut(exit 93,Clark's Falls). At the end of the exit ramp turn right and take an immediate left onto route 184 heading west. Go about 4 miles until you come to a rotary. Take the first exit off the rotary route 2 west. Go 2 miles past the North Stonington Schools. Continue for 1/2 mile to the Mobil gas station(on the left). Take the left at the gas station onto Mystic Road. 1.1 miles to The Inn at Lower Farm Bed and Breakfast which will be on the left.

- Minimum stay required (2 night minimum during the high season and on holiday weekends)

- Limited accommodations for guest pets (prior approval)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (guest may bring their own)
- Deposit amount required (A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations. Reservations will be confirmed with a credit card hold or a 50% deposit by check or money order.)
- Check in time is after 2PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
A full refund, excluding the cancellation fee, is available upon cancellation seven or more days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations made less than seven days in advance of the day of arrival will be charged 50% of the cost of the stay.

Mary is a retired medical technologist.She fullfilling a long time dream of being an Innkeeper. When she is not tending to her guest she enjoys gardening, quilting,reading,antiquing and volunteer work.
Jon has retired from teaching after 35 plus years. He now is the Lower Farm Handyman. When he is not working as the handyman he does vouunteer work, gardening and woodworking. - The innkeepers speak: English
