Quaint B&B! Very relaxing. My group of 8 came in on bicycles. Mary (owner) was incredibly accomdating allowing us to store our bikes in the garage. She even offered to laundered our gear. We were incredibly grateful for fresh clothes the next day. Warm cookies in the evening, delicious and plentiful breakfast, comfortable beds and plenty of rooms to relax!!! Thanks Mary!

We wanted something more quaint and personal than a hotel, and Chapin Park was perfect for that. The rooms are large and clean, and Mary Ann was friendly and very helpful with information about local attractions and activities.

The house is lovely, with fine woodwork and high ceilings. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. MaryAnn provides courteous and attentive service and a terrific breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

My kids (ages 5 and 8) enjoyed a very cozy overnight stay here while skiing at nearby Ski Sundown (5 minutes away). The inn was comfortable, warm, and very inviting and our experience was enjoyable; would definitely recommend and stay again.

Mary Ann is incredible and the house is perfect. We are a young couple and were looking to get away from New York City for the weekend. We spent the weekend canoeing on the lake and Mary Ann was an immaculate host. I highly recommend!

Our night at Chapin Park was the perfect end to a wonderful day. The inn was elegant without being pretentious. Accommodations were spotless and comfortable. Mary Ann was a perfect host - gracious, kind, helpful with information about the house and the area and thoughtful.....she left us a plate of cookies! We prefer to stay at a B & B over a hotel and Chapin Park is now on our 'favorites' list. We look forward to our next visit on our wedding anniversary.

The website gives a hint but you have to see Chapin Park to appreciate it. Mary Ann gives breakfast a new meaning. Absolutely awesome and authentic.
