  • The Morgan Suite, which is twice the size of most guest rooms, has a Queen bed, wall mounted flat screen television, sitting area with couch and wing chairs & vast picture window overlooking East Main Street for plenty of natural light.
    Located just steps from over 60 shops and restaurants, the Whaler's Inn has superb location!
    The charming lobby area welcomes guests with its squeaky hardwood floors, oversized windows facing Main Street & it’s friendly staff waiting to assist. Here you can receive directions to area attractions, dinner suggestions and area history! The main desk is open 24 Hours a day for your convenience.
    A King Size Deluxe in the Hoxie House. Overlooking the Historic Downtown Mystic and famed Mystic River. Each Deluxe room has an oversized bathroom with whirlpool tub & gas fireplace. Amenities such as cable TV, coffee pots, irons/boards, WIFI come with all the Inns guestrooms.
    A view of a King Size room. All are located on a second floor in the Noank House or Stonington House Buildings.
    A view of a Queen Deluxe Room ~ Eight luxurious guestrooms occupy the 2nd & 3rd floor of the Hoxie House. The over-sized bathrooms are outfitted with pedestal sinks and whirlpool bathtubs. Gas fireplaces add cozy ambiance to each room. Views of the Mystic River and Historic Downtown are available from all the Deluxe rooms.
    The view of a typical Queen guestroom. Most are located on the 2nd & 3rd floor of the Main Inn. They are traditionally decorated with “Waverly” design and furnished with four poster beds, wing back chairs, and rich color schemes.
    Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours and is equipped with a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, and flat screen TV.
    The view of a Two-Double bedroom. All are located on the first floor and are unique in design and color scheme. These rooms are perfect for families or groups. All have private bath, WIFI, Cable TV and many other amenities.
    The Whaler's Inn specializes in small conferences, meetings, and seminars. Our conference room can accommodate up to 25 people in various seating arrangements. All based on the individual conference needs. Flip charts, overhead projectors, fax/copy services and data port phones are all included in the conference room. Extraordinary continental breakfast, a variety of lunch choices and gourmet desserts for afternoon breaks are offered to all conference attendees. Special room rates are offered for overnight lodging with conferences.

    Coastal classic

    My husband and I stayed here after much deliberation on a quick weekend away together. We watched a video we found online when looking for a place to stay and decided that it was our best bet. The Whaler's Inn definitely didn't disappoint. We very much enjoyed our stay. The service was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. It was located right in downtown Mystic, which was very convenient.     Family together

    Whaler's Inn was able to accomodate an extended family group in a very homey b&b way that a larger hotel would not have allowed. Also being in town and walking distance from Seaport made weekend very easy logistically as different members of our party could have different schedules. Only draw back potentailly was not common room to just be in - but we didn't really miss it either.

    Whaler's - My second home

    I have been staying at the Whaler's Inn once or twice a year since 1986. I can't imagine coming to Mystic and not staying there. The staff is wonderful. I've never had a reason to complain. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is always fresh and delicious. I fell in love with Mystic the first time I stepped off the train in 1986. Mystic is my fix. I must visit at least once a year to clear my mind and relax my body. There's always something new to see and experience. I recommend it to everyone! Do yourself a favor and come to Mystic and stay at the Whaler's Inn. You won't regret it. Sincerely, A very satisfied customer.
