I would like to thank Mr. Morgan for alerting us to a potential problem in one of our bedrooms. If there was dust and bobby pins on the floor we once again sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, Mr. Morgan didn't mention any problem while he was staying with us. Had he done so we would have immediately taken care of it. By the time he called us the room had been cleaned, occupied and cleaned again so there was no way for us to verify his complaints. When I asked him to be more specific all he kept mentioning was dust on the TV and bobby pins on the floor. Also, I would like to point out that our kitchen is open to our guests at any time, we implement the ServSave procedures of the National Restaurant Association and we are inspected by the Health Department, so Mrs. Morgan could have enjoyed our famous breakfast along with the other fourteen satisfied guests that weekend. Our housekeepers claimed that the room had been cleaned, dusted and vacuumed before the Morgans arrived. They have been with me for over ten years and I trust them to do their jobs thoroughly. However, if that room somehow slipped through the cracks then that is inexcusable and once again, we thank Mr. Morgan for pointing it out. We have been in business for over twenty-one years and enjoy a very high percentage of returning guests and guest referrals. We would not be able to have such success if our rooms were not clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff and I have discussed this incident and have implemented additional measures to make sure that something like this never happens again.

My husband & I had just gotten back to and I could not wait to tell everyone what a great stay we had at The Brigadoon B & B. Ted & Kay were wonderful and the place is gorgeous. We will definetly be back!

The guest sitting room is one of three common rooms. This room has a 27" color cable TV. Next to it is the reading room with lots of books, magazines, games and a large fireplace, great for a cozy read on a cold day. The third common room is our tea room with 8 individual tables and a large fireplace.
