We are a four bedroom 3 diamond B&B, on the Old Fitch farm vineyard, in Mystic country,minutes away from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casino's. The rooms are 13x25 and all have ensuite bath ,fireplace,tel,tv,ac, and ceiling fans. The circa 1790 gambrel home has 5000 sq ft.,including wine cellar, to enjoy and acres of vineyard to roam.
We enjoy our guests as much as they enjoy their stay.

    • Deposit amount required (We require a $25, non refundable, deposit for those bookings made more than 10 days in advance of stay days in advance.)
    • Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
    • Cancellations:
      Cancellations made prior to 10 days of the arrival date will receive a complete refund less the deposit, Cancellations made within the 10 days will recieved a complete refund, unless we CANNOT fill the room. If we CANNOT, we will charge for one nights stay. We do understand Emergencies and will compensate accordingly

      We are a retired pofessional couple, Warren a Pharmacist, and Nora a BS RN nurse. We both enjoy out of doors, which includes, camping,beaches, and gardening. Nora is also an avid reader, with the 29th year coming up. Warren works the vineyard, takes care of the gardens, and is an avid fisherman,woodworker, and wine maker

    Out the window the panorama of colors rushes your eyes. The cool crisp air of fall goes from 40's at night to 70's during the day, begging you to wander the paths and back roads of this small New England village and return to your room to maybe the jet tub, to light the fireplace, or to just relax.The Waterman room with a California King bed and in room fireplace is the place to snuggle down during a fridgid winters night
