The night we stayed was magical. When we awoke Pike's Peak was covered with three feet of snow! Ron was a wonderful host and historian. He had multiple snacks out as well as wine in the afternoon. Breakfast was homemade quiche and sausage with a flute of fruit and yogurt. He was so sweet to set up the coffee maker to allow me to have my 6:00AM coffee as I do at home. It is a lovely place that Ron cares for lovingly and with obvious pride. We will definitely consider staying again if we are in the area.

The view from the Pikes Peak Paradise is amazing. Sitting in the living room, dining area or the deck and seeing the view of Pikes Peak is wonderful. We enjoyed our room and the little porch off it. We also loved soaking in the hot tub in the room although it made the room a bit hot/humid. We wanted to soak when we arrived as well as the next morning so left the heater on and maybe that was a mistake. The wine tasting was quite nice. Our room was just beneath the kitchen area so we heard noises when Ron was cleaning up or starting the breakfast in the morning. It was somewhat noisier than ideal in the room. The B&B is very clean and has some lovely modern updates. Some aspects are a bit unfinished. The deck off the sitting/dining room has a railing that looked like it needs replacing. Parts of the exterior siding in the back are off. But we had a wonderful time. It was romantic and relaxing.

We were looking for an anniversary vacation in Colorado Springs. We found this location online and were very happy! The location is secluded with a great view of Pike's Peak, etc. And, yet, Woodland Park is only a 20 minute or so drive to all of the sites like Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak Cog Railway, Seven Falls, etc. The host, lodging, food, etc. were excellent. The pictures on the website matched the literal views of the mountains. A couple of pointers for people visiting this bed and breakfast are... 1) We were able to get to the location in a mid-sized car, but the road to there, the final 1-2 miles, is dirt/gravel with a lot of up and down hill. So, depending on the season, you may need an SUV. 2) If you can, call the owner, Ron, directly when setting up your reservation. He mentioned that he sometimes has additional rooms available that aren't displayed on booking websites. And, he also has different rates sometimes in person that are a little cheaper if you book on the phone.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. The bed and breakfast is located about 5 miles on the outskirts of a quaint little town about 30 minutes from Colorado Springs. Since Pikes Peak Paradise is placed up in the mountain, I would recommend a vehicle that has a decent amount of horsepower for going up the winding roads to the bed and breakfast. When we got here late at night, Ron (owner/chef/host) greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. He was very forgiving for us not making it there at the typical check in time and gave us a tour that felt more like a "welcome home." After the tour, he led us to our room, which was just as nice as advertised online. It definitely lived up to our expectations, and then some! The bed was so comfortable and inviting, and the hot tub, located in a little nook of the room's corner, was already warmed up for us. The view out of the private balcony was breathtaking, mountains several miles away and a forest coming down from the mountains into the valley that lead up to our building. When we woke the next morning, and every morning after that, Ron was waiting in the kitchen upstairs with a wonderful home cooked breakfast, complete with fruit, quiche, sausage, waffles, and fresh squeezed fruit juices. During breakfast, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. When we asked him questions about the area, he was very well informed. He recommended several of the tours that we took, all of which were very nice. Speaking of which, the area is filled with several things to keep a couple or a family entertained for as long as they wish. Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs host a wide variety of events and things to do. All in all, this bed and breakfast was a perfect choice for our honeymoon.

My wife and I were looking for peace and quiet and Pikes Peak Paradise delivered that and so much more. It is an oasis for the soul. Bring a book, take a hike, or just listen to the wind and the hummingbirds. Your host, Ron, is a perfect gentleman and amazing cook. Your stay will be memorable and you'll start craving a return before you reach the end of the driveway.

My husband and I had a lovely time at Pikes Peak Paradise. It is actually close to our house, within an hour, but it was a weekend away. Ron is so friendly and tends to anything you may need. He is also very good at either being around if you want to visit, or blending into the wallpaper if you want to be alone. The room was beautiful, with a full size hottie, not a bathtub with jets. The view is incredible. We went in the Winter, but I can see how it is a hot spot for weddings in the warm months.

Everything about our visit was great including a perfect view of Pikes Peak, nice rooms, and a truly hospitable and social host who happens to make a delicious breakfast! Definitely will be staying at this B&B again soon!

My husband and I stayed at this B&B in August and would do it again! The B&B is at the top of a hill, reached by a gravel road, a couple of miles outside the Woodland Park area of Colorado Springs. The very comfortable public area of the house has a balcony and great view of Pike's Peak and our room also had a private balcony with the same view.We had a jacuzzi in our room and quality linens, and had DVD's and books available for use and snacks, beer and wine for refreshments. Ron, the proprietor, fixed an amazing breakfast each morning and shared information on local attractions and restaurants. Ron has owned the B&B for several years and is still planting trees and flowers and improving the property.

Ron is very personable, and made breakfast time very accommodating. The rooms were fabulous, loved all the details! Excellent views and very private. Excellent!! Can’t wait to return.

I cannot recommend this lovely B&B enough. Incredible furnishings, 5-star cuisine, and a gracious, kind host. A must in Woodland Park, CO

The rooms are beautiful, the hosts are fantastic, the wine tasting was so fun, the porch is wonderful, and breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of space and gathering rooms, so it would be a great place for a lengthy stay.

My husband and I spent an amazing 24 hours at Pikes Peak Paradise for our 22nd anniversary. Our room was romantic and luxurious, the scenery beautiful and tranquil, the breakfast healthful and plentiful, and we felt pampered throughout our stay. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I spent two nights at PPP B&B in late July 2012. We also brought my son and daughter in law with us. The location is secluded, the view spectacular, the decor like something you'd see in a magazine, and Innkeeper, Ron, can cook up a storm. Desserts and wine at night and breakfast in the morning was full-on gourmet. (And Ron even packed up a slice of Saint Louis Gooey Butter Cake for me to take with me - oh yeah!) The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We stayed in the Liebling Suite on the main floor and the Lucky Suite which was our favorite with a private wrap around deck and wonderfully comfortable bed for blissful sleep. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, friendly, and calm. This political/news junkie unplugged for the weekend and never even turned on the big TV in the room even tho there's a huge CD library to borrow from. We loved our weekend at PPP B&B and will return the first chance we get.

What a Fabulous place this is!! My husband and I went here on our 30th Anniv and we could not have found a more romantic place, wonderful rooms, hot tubs in every room and all rooms have outstanding Pikes Peak view. Ron was a great host and the food that was always available could not have been better. We had a GREAT stay and highly recommend this B&B to all traveling in this area. So close to lot of activities in this part of CO, though while you are at the B&B you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Relaxing, quiet and lovely place.

My husband and I spent one night in the Adventus Deluxe Suite. This property was nothing short of breathtaking. It had some of the best views around including an amazing view of Pike's Peak. The glass chandelier located in the main room was beautiful. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Ron and Mike were very nice and gracious. We only wish that we could have stayed longer. This probably was one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed during our travels. Thanks again. Lea & Craig H., Papillion, NE

When you stay in a hotel, you get a concierge, a bell-hop, a desk clerk, and wait staff, all of which are courteous because their jobs depend on it. When you stay at Pikes Peak Paradise, you get true hospitality, a host who's genuinely interested in who you are and making your stay as comfortable and fun as it possibly can be. Ron has a gift of making people feel welcome and relaxed.

The views of Pikes Peak will leave you breathless. And the hospitality will make you smile. Ron runs a world-class B&B that is worth the price.

The hosts of this B&B were delightful and fun. The view is absolutely amazing. Pikes Peak from the deck is lovely. The breakfast was more food than one could possibly ask for. It was a great weekend get-away. My husband & I plan on making a return --- SOON!

Ron and Michael were superb hosts, taking time to sit and chat, tell us about their B & B dreams, attend to every possible need, and even walked our small dog. We loved our time there, and didn't want to leave! Waking up in bright moonlight night and looking out at the outline of the snowy peaks was such a peaceful and serene feeling. Nothing compares.

This was my first time staying at a B&B and it was great! The views are beautiful! There was so much food at breakfast every morning and our hosts made sure we had anything we needed and more. I would for sure stay here again!

My husband and I have been fortunate to travel all over the world. We have been to Japan, Singapore, England, Greece, Switzerland, etc… Hands down we have never spent a night in a hotel/B&B as nice as this one! You can find many places with a Jacuzzi, clean linens, and a good breakfast but never have we stayed in a place that was so fun to get to, had an amazing view, with such great service. Driving to the B&B is certainly an adventure. The windy, dirt road and wildlife evoke feelings of being lost in the wilderness which is strongly contrasted when you walk into the foyer accentuated by a stunning view of Pikes Peak and a room punctuated with some of the finest artwork that can be found in Colorado. Both Ron and Michael are excellent hosts and will greet you with a welcoming smile. If you choose, you can join them for a glass of wine or beer in the evening as you watch the sun set over the mountains. The themed rooms are outstanding and constantly being updated, including a modern spa, large HDTV, and comfy beds and robes. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. Waiting for us were smoothies, quiche, homemade hash browns, and thick, perfectly cooked bacon. If you want something else, you can have waffles or omelets made to order. What we truly enjoyed most about the Pikes Peak Paradise B&B was that they are more relaxed than other B&Bs at which we have stayed: with early check-ins and late check-outs, a glass of milk in the middle of the night, and literally over 600 movies to watch! Ron and Michael are truly doing something different in the world of B&B and we highly recommend this to everyone!

I went out to Colorado to visit my then boyfriend for the weekend and we stayed here for one night and it was the best night of our lives. It was the night we decided we were going to get married and we did a coupld months later. It wasn't finished yet then and we can't wait to go back and see it all done.

Due to a change in her employment, I had to pick a place to celebrate my loves birthday closer to home and without much notice. We try to travel with our dog and prefer upscale places all of which limit your choices. I called and spoke with Ron who had the perfect room available. I asked if he could have roses (and I was specific about color) and champagne there when we arrived. I also make sure that he knew about our dog. We arrived for our three day stay about the same time as three other guests and Michael offered us wine then gave a tour of the entire place explaining what they had done and what was still in progress. The place is spectacular. As you can see from the photographs, the B & B is beautiful, the grounds wonderful and the view of Pikes Peak so far over the top. The place is a small part of our experience. To say that Ron and Michael are wonderful hosts is an understatement. We enjoyed the other guests that night and when two of them were replaced with two new guests, the party continued in the same manner. Ron and Michael were helpful to all who wanted to tour the area and kept those of us who were local, entertained or honored out privacy as we wished. Since we wanted to relax for the most part, we spent quite a bit of time just enjoying the place and getting to know our hosts. When we were in town, several of the people in town said how much they enjoy Ron and Michael. The breakfasts were over the top with many more choices that we have seen at other B & Bs. Nothing was standard fare and Ron and Michael prepared and served the meal. We have experienced other locations where a third (shall we say less personally involved) party prepares the breakfast. Once again, our expectations were exceeded. Our only criticism is that we had to leave after three days! We will definately return to this wonderful place.

Less than 2 hours from Denver we were in awe of the view of Pike's Peak in an elegant setting. We enjoyed sketching outdoors with the comforts of a spa.

We stayed at Pikes Peak Paradise for only one night, but it was fantastic. It was my first stay at a bed & breakfast and I'd definitely reccomend it. The room was beautiful and private, breakfast was delicious, and Ron & Michael were both very kind. Absolutely gorgeous view.

My husband and I were married in October and did not have a formal honeymoon, so we decided to take a weekend getaway just before Valentine's day. Pikes Peak Paradise is in a remote location and has the best views of Pikes Peak. The hosts, Michael and Ron, are easy to talk to, and very accomodating. The food is amazingly yummy. Michael and Ron respect your privacy, but also help you feel very much at home. They also provided great information about places in the area to visit. We had a wonderful time.

Pikes Peak Paradise Bed & Breakfast was a wonderful place to stay if you want to just get away. The inkeepers were very nice and accomodating. The view of Pikes Peak is breathtaking! The only thing that I would say was disappointing is that even though they have an extensive library of movies, I could not access any local channels. If your reason for staying here is to truly get away, that really isn't a negative.

Linda and I made reservations at PPPB&B for the conclusion of a two week tour through the western US. We had superb accommodations throughout our trip but without doubt our stay with Ron and Michael was the highlight. The inn is a bit secluded which is a plus and the scenery and view of Pikes Peak are marvelous. The B&B is modern, stylish, spacious and comfortable. It is nicely appointed with art objects and photos from around the community and around the world. The local art work is masterful and often for sale. Michael and Ron are charming and gracious hosts. They create a relaxed atmosphere which supports both times spent quietly or with the hosts and guests. R/M also guided us to some of the finest spots in Woodland Park and helped us to become huge fans of that town. Michael is an excellent chef who dearly believes in starting the day with a high quality very delicious breakfast. Thanks guys It was a treat!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The instant you enter this inn, you have a jaw-dropping view of Pikes Peak from the main room, and once you get to your own room, there is that same jaw-dropping view from your own window. The rooms have patios looking out at the mountain as well. The owners, Michael and Ron, gave my wife and I a tour of the place and all of the rooms looked terrific and they have plans to continue making updates, so it will only get better. The food and hospitality were top notch. There's some great art and decorating going on. This is a wonderful place to stay, and it is only minutes from Woodland Park.

It was the best night of our trip. The view as you walk in the door of Pikes Peak is breathtaking. Our room smelled of lavender and we had a jacuzzi beside our bed. Our room had the same view with a deck, and then we had a gourmet breakfast. This place is awesome.

We have never stayed in a bed and breakfast prior to this one and did not know what to expect....Ron and Michael were great host, excellent cooks and made us feel like part of their home. We stayed three nights and hated to leave. There was a fantastic view, beds are great,we felt relaxed, and the breakfast was excellent. The weather at 9200 feet was excellent. This B and B is highly recommended and you will be spoiled. And note the chandelier when you walk in, my wife wanted it but I'm afraid I would have needed a bigger house.

I was very leery of staying at a B&B but this was one of the best vacation experiences of my life and I have traveled quite a bit. They were more than hospitable and so kind and generous. I never want to stay at a B&B again unless it is with Ron and Michael. Everything from the view, romance, breakfast, rooms, house, property, wine, personalities was more than amazing. I have already told everyone I know that they have to visit.

Wonderful owners (who can cook/bake amazing food!!) that are welcoming and friendly. Nicely decorated rooms, very clean and you won't find better service anywhere else. Enjoy the privacy of your room, or sit back and talk for hours with the innkeepers about everything from travel (there are little places they haven't been), family, friends and everything inbetween. You'd be crazy to only visit once!
