    • Deposit amount required: A downpayment of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required at time of booking. Payment of 100% of the cost of stay less downpayment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

    • Cancellations: Downpayment less $50.00 per room will be refunded if reservations are cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival date. Downpayment is transferable to a rain-check (credit for future stay at Alpine Creek B & B) for cancellations 30 days or fewer prior to reserved arrival date.

    We stayed last January (2007) in Alpine Creek B&B, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fantastic (we could order whatever we wanted :) ), room was clean. Wish beds were a little bit wider (not single beds). Irina Pate
