Colorado Crossroads Bed and Breakfast
Located near the intersection of transcontinental US Hwy 50 and the scenic route from Denver to Santa Fe, US HWY 285, Colorado Crossroads is a classic western lodge constructed in 2002 on 19 acres at the foot of the Continental Divide with awesome mountain views. Each room has its own balcony, private bath, phone, satellite TV with VCR, high speed Internet, queen bed and log furniture. Great room with two story fireplace, leather couches and large deck. Hot tub in trees behind lodge. Library with overstuffed recliners. A truly casual, comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the rustic mountain lifestyle. A healthy breakfast is served buffet style from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. and includes fresh baked pastry, fruit, yogurt, cereals, juice, bagels, toast, freshly ground coffee and teas. Close to hiking and bike trails, fishing, art galleries, rafting, skiing, hot springs and horseback riding. Special skiing and romance packages available.

Airport exit road will interesect with Academy Blvd. Turn Sout (left) onto Academy, continue past (under) I-25 to Highway 115. Take Hwy 115 South (left) to small town of Penrose and intersection with Highway 50. Take Hwy 50 West (right turn exit) to Canon City. Continue through Canon City, past Royal Gorge Bridge to Salida (60 miles). Continue through Salida to Poncha Springs (5 miles) where Hwy 50 & Hwy 285 are combined (right turn) for a couple of blocks; turn North (right turn) onto Hwy 285 North across from Sears store. Go north on Hwy 285 approx 2 1/2 miles to 9582 Hwy 285 (between mile markers 129 & 130); 2 story log lodge is on West side of Hwy (left).
