Nestled near the base of Pikes Peak, Blue Skies Inn is scenically located in historic Manitou Springs and within walking distance of the Garden of the Gods. Marvel at majestic views and brilliant sunshine in this charming mountain town. Giant willows at streamside and a shady Secret Garden set the mood for a wonderfully restful time. Inspired by our 1873 carriage house on the estate of the founder of Manitou Springs, Blue Skies Inn was built new from the ground up in Gothic Revival architectural style. Each of our quiet three-room suites was painted and decorated by an artist using different decorative themes.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Skies Inn B & B recently and truly enjoyed our stay. We've stayed at many B & B's over the last couple of years and found Blue Skies to be a unique experience. The room was perfect...clean and tidy, nicely appointed and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the private entrance; we could come and go as we pleased and didn't have to worry about disturbing any of the other guests. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful under a star-lit sky. We really enjoyed the "picnic-basket-breakfast" and having the options of dining on a sunny patio or in the privacy of our own room was a unique treat. The food was deliciously prepared with ample portions to fuel us up for a busy day. We would love to return to the Blue Skies Inn.

We stayed here in pur little in-state colorado road trip. We stayed in the Deep Blue Suite. We picked this room out specifically for our 6 year old little girl and she loved it. The room was super clean and super cute. The theme was very well played into. The shower was huge. The bed was huge and comfy. We were left a binder with info about the inn and surrounding area that was very informative. Now that's just the room. The breakfast was delicious and very generous. Very well prepared. The bed and breakfast grounds was very beautiful and we had deer walking right outside our window which was very cool. We have a 1 year old as well and they had the room set and ready for us with a playpen in the closet for him. It was a very personable place and we would defiantly recommend to anyone and would come back. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience. The Pfluger Family

The best for a couple's getaway. As good as it can get. However, one recommendation to make it even better: Bathrobes

Really liked this b&b! My husband and I visit the area every few years and our usual b&b was not available. We chose Blue Skies Inn and was not disappointed. LOVED that breakfast was brought to our door every morning, piping hot and delicious!! We would sit at our dining table in our room and watch the numerous deer that invaded the property every morning while we ate. Even though this b&b sets off of the main road is was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights while we were in town to attend a funeral. The rooms were very nice. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. The innkeeper directed us to a great hiking spot when we had a couple of free hours. The grounds are really pretty - I spent an hour tucked in a seat outside reading. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of it! They even made sure we got ours first when we had a time crunch with getting to the church. We would come back here!!

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Blue Skies Inn, and it was absolutely perfect! Sally is the most amazing and capable wedding planner, and everything was executed perfectly. As the bride I was blissfully unaware of all the behind the scenes work, and left to only notice that everything was going exactly as planned! The back gardens were so magical and created an environment that helped all our guests get to know each other and become one big party! The ceremony in the gardens was so beautiful that multiple people told me it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I would absolutely recommend Sally and Mike and Blue Skies Inn as wedding planners and a perfect venue to make your wedding day special.

My Granddaughters & I had a wonderful trip to Manitou Springs, CO, Blue Skies had great rooms, a bathroom to die for & delicious food. What more could you want? It was also close to historic downtown.

This place is amazing! The breakfast is superior to any bed and breakfast we've ever stayed at. Warm muffins, egg dish, juices, coffee, all hot and delivered to your door. You can eat the sitting area in your room or on one of the beautiful patio areas. The rooms are the most fantastic decorated you might ever see. This is the REAL DEAL! Family owned bed and breakfast, not a corporate owned place.

So I rarely ever give reviews but this place really is deserving of a review! The grounds of the B&B is the best I ever seen (for a B&B). There are little trails you can walk that wind around the property. You can tell by walking around the owner is an artist. If you're looking at getting Married I would say look at this place. I only say that because I own a photography studio and I look at all places in a little different way than most others. I would love to do a wedding there!! OK so now the room, our room, was nice it had a jet tub and double headed shower. The night we stayed it was raining all day and all night so we kept the windows open and the fire place on. I will say kinda romantic! When you're stuck in the room you start seeing the little extra stuff they do for you. Makes you feel like you're not just a profit to them! The next morning we talked with the owners and they are very friendly. Oh I almost forgot, the food. I am 235lb and I was too full to finish it all. I don't go to B&B's very often but they are the best I have been to! Thank you guys for your hospitality!!
